As Founder President, Shri Sunil Shinde set the direction for the institution under Shinde Shikshan Sanstha and continues to guide its growth. His focus has always been on building a school where strong academics and good character grow side by side, and where children from the town and surrounding villages are treated as one family.

As President, Shri Satish Shinde leads the day-to-day vision of the institution, with a strong emphasis on modern, practical learning alongside the Maharashtra State Board curriculum. Under his guidance the school has grown to include the Junior Science College, opening a clear path for students to continue their studies right here in Narkhed.
About the Sanstha
Orange City Convent & Junior Science College is run by Shinde Shikshan Sanstha, Sawargaon, a registered education trust serving the Narkhed area of Nagpur district. Established around the turn of the millennium, the trust set out to offer quality schooling close to home, and has since grown the institution from a small primary school into a full school spanning pre-primary to the Junior Science College.
