A Trusted Name in Narkhed
Orange City Convent & Junior Science College is a co-educational, English-medium institution at Narkhed in Nagpur district, Maharashtra, run by Shinde Shikshan Sanstha, Sawargaon. What began in the early 2000s as a small primary school has grown, over more than two decades, into a full institution that takes a child all the way from pre-primary to the Junior Science College.
From a Primary School to a Full Institution
Founded around 2000 under Shinde Shikshan Sanstha, the school started with the simple aim of bringing quality, English-medium education to families in and around Narkhed.
Today it follows the Maharashtra State Board, preparing students for the SSC and HSC examinations, and offers a Science stream at the Junior College level for Classes 11 and 12.
The academic year begins in April, and the school remains co-educational with an attached pre-primary section.
